Step Two: Guilty Pleasure

A friend once told me that everyone is allowed to have three vices. I'm afraid I have more than that, so I call the main three "vices" and file the rest under "guilty pleasures".

Here's my guilty pleasure confession: I really enjoy the movie "Bring It On". I own it and I've watched it quite a few times, but I will not say if I've actually gotten off the couch and "cheered" along with it - I wouldn't want to share too much.

Am I the only one with guilty pleasures? Come on - someone else share!

Finally, someone who understands my pain. It's O.K. to get up and cheer right along with the movie, at least I hope it is.

P.S. the book of Jim is a sacred text of some anti-trinitarian cult in Utah, that's why we get stuck with the abbreviation "Jas."

I watched Melrose Place AND Beverly Hills 90210 in college...and I still enjoy them in reruns on SoapNet.

I am glad to find that a classy, chic person such as yourself, also enjoys that movie! Let people think what they will....I like it a lot! See you soon!

PS- I may sound stupid...but what is this boot camp thing? Sounds intriguing.:)

Wait, wait, wait! This is supposed to be some sort of healing thing for you, not your readers. You can't be all like, "Hey, I gotta share a bunch of stuff; why don't you all share some stuff, too?" That's too Tom Sawyer.

All the BIO fans need to go see Stick It. It's a gymnastic verion of Bring It On.

Andrew: ROFL

UJ: thanks for sharing (you're the only one who will play along!)

Kajsa: boot camp is a thing they're doing at my gym that's supposed to kick me into high gear. It starts next week, so we'll see if it actually works. If it's interesting, I'll blog about it. Actually, "interesting" is not necessarily a prerequisite for me to blog about it.

Deacon: whatever, dude.

Jen: I'll have to check that out.

I use to watch As the World Turns and Guiding Light when I baby sat in high school. And occasionally I would watch the Bold and the Beautiful. CBS was the only station the lady got in plus they came on right at nap time so I had the TV to myself.

{deep breath} OK...not saying whether past or present, just things I enjoy(ed) and felt stupid and/or guilty and/or emasculated about it:

1) Magic Shell Chocolate Topping
2) The Indigo Girls
3) Nine Inch Nails
4) Days of Our Lives
5) Desperate Housewives
6) Grey's Anatomy
7) Law & Order: SVU
8) Legally Blonde
9) Clueless, She's All That - other teeny bopper flicks
10) Using a credit card and knowing you'll feel no financial detriment for a month

That was somewhat therapeutic! Nice exercise, Christin

I secretly love the musical stylings of Mariah Carey. But you will not catch me saying so in public.
