*Go to Boot Camp at the MAC. Anyone care to join me? It will only hurt a little.
*Enjoy my dark chocolate
*Be more friendly
*Catch up on my reading
*Stop acquiring plants that don't take care of themselves

Posted by: emily at May 4, 2006 10:05 AMOOH! What's Boot Camp??!! It sounds great! I'm really trying to train hard to climb a mountain in Arkansas later this month. I climbed it last year when I was 20 lbs heavier and hadn't exercised in a year...I thought I wasn't going to ever see my family again and vultures would consume me. I've been pushing it hard, but not with something called "Boot Camp"!!
Posted by: Brad B at May 4, 2006 11:45 AMIt's been a trial, but I've been very friendly today. I'm not sure I can keep it up, though.
I'm not exactly sure what Boot Camp will entail, but it's only an hour long, three days a week, so how bad could it be? (I ask myself, in an effort to convince myself it will be okay.) I figure if I can get someone to make me do pushups and crunches and all that good stuff, I'll be a better person for it...even if it does mean I have to get up at 5 am.
