Entry Number Four Hundred and Eighty

*480. That's a lot of bloggin' for no good reason. I'm not as constant as I used to be. I hardly comment on anyone else's blogs anymore. I'm still lurking, though. What is up with all these Blogspot and Xanga sites requiring you to have membership before you can comment, anyway? I understand it's anti-spam, yada, yada, yada, but it's dang annoying. Spam, schmam. (Watch me get bombarded with spam tonight.)

*I'm really happy to see some springish weather around here. Sunshine just makes everything better. Too bad I can't just go hang out in the lovely weather all day. I'm off work Friday, so if it's still sunny, I can spend some quality time with my bicycle in the park.

*I'm still loving my job. It's funny how I ended up where I am. Since I never really know what my next step in life will be, but I always feel the need to have an answer when people ask what my next step will be, I just started saying that I was interested in getting into the mortgage business. Well, I was really just saying that to have something to say, but I guess I was right. And I like it. Just like when I was about to graduate college and people would ask me what I was going to do after graduation and I would say I was either going to go to grad school in Texas or move to Monroe, not necessarily intending to do either, but I ended up doing both. I'm glad my other standard answers (joining the circus or going to the diesel driving academy) didn't work out. Maybe next time someone asks me what my next move is, I'll have some grand scheme of travelling across Europe with friends or some other adventurous thing and I'll end up doing it. Somehow though, the things that I'm really planning to do while I say I'm planning on doing all these other things, never seem to work out. I'll have to see what can be done about that. ; )

*Phone's ringing. Must go. Long lost friend calling.
