Friday Five

1. What was the last song you heard?
Rufus Wainwright's "Hallelujah"

2. What were the last two movies you saw?
I watched "What's Up Doc?" Saturday -funnier than ever- and I watched "My Architect" last week - really a documentary rather than a movie and I found it rather boring.

3. What were the last three things you purchased?
A Diet Coke (which I had been craving for several days), turkey (thinly sliced from the deli), and gasoline (at a painful $1.97 a gallon)

4. What four things do you need to do this weekend?
Clean my room (which I've needed to do the last 2 weekends, but have avoided), mop the kitchen, ride my bike (if it's warm enough), and mail some notes and items to friends (is the post office open on Saturday?)

5. Who are the last five people you talked to?
Aaron, Amy, Sophie (at their house last night), Betty (my boss), Charlene (my underwriter)

I would be happy to see prices like that again. The other night I saw $2.11 per gallon!

We're holding at $1.99. That just seems a little easier to swallow than anything over the $2.00 mark. (Not that gasoline is easy to swallow.)
