I voted first thing this morning so I could beat the rush. I expected a crowd at the polls, but it was pretty sparse. Whoever wins (of course I have my preference), I hope it's all over today - uncontested - because I'm sick of seeing it on TV, I'm sick of celebrities thinking their opinions are better than the average person's, and I'm done with political blogs. My election day plan is to count how many people remind me to go vote today - so far, I've had 2.
Oh, I'm also sick of people saying, "I don't care who you vote for, just go vote." I really only want people who agree with me to go vote. I wish all the others would stay home.
